Splatter featured in the BeMine9 game bundle

For the last days I’ve been at the Gamescom booth, and it was a blast! So many cool people, a great combined effort of European Indie Devs that really came to life in those five days. Thanks to all of you!

But while I was there, a new Indie Games bundle started out with Splatter in it! Pay as little as 1$ to get Splatter and 4 other cool Indie games. Or pay more than 5$ to get even more cool games! If you want to support the development, though, be generous :-)

Splatter launches on Desura!

Maybe you know Desura? It’s a game platform just like Steam, but more geared towards Indies. And now Splatter is available there. You can tell that by the button:

Splatter

I’m really happy about this. And of course you already get the latest version, and Desura will keep it up to date for you in the future. Give it a try!

First Update available

Splatter is a pretty cool game already, but like any other work of art it’s never really finished :-) So we kept working on it and are now proud to present the first update!

The update brings you:

  • much more money in all Story levels
  • added Gameplay statistics after completing Story mode
  • two new Survival maps
  • reworked the flame thrower and Imp fireballs
  • added Feedback screen and Update check
  • approx. a million details fixed
  • Splatter – The Movie

You all probably know Let’s Play videos – a human records herself playing a computer game and comments the process. The result is often as entertaining as the game itsself.

Splatter is released for nearly two weeks now. And now the first Let’s Play videos are showing up on YouTube. If you are into LP videos, check these out:

    German: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PGTmadHyuIg

Especially the latter is impressive. I don’t have any idea what he’s talking about, but to me it’s obvious that our game is not really prepared for non-native speakers. If you read this, and you can help us out at translating the game, please contact us! Mail me at thomas(at)dreamworlds(dot)de
